Social Media Tile Sharing
A tool that allows event organisers to automatically generate professional social media graphics for their events, optimized for different platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter/X.

Business Resources (Have / Need)
A marketplace where organisations list resources they have to share (e.g. meeting rooms, equipment, skills) and resources they need, so businesses can support each other across the NT.

- • What categories best fit the needs of NT organisations?
- • Should individuals be able to access this, or organisations only?
- • How do we keep contact details safe and appropriate?

Calendar Sync (Google & Outlook)
The ability for users to connect their own Google or Outlook/Microsoft 365 calendar and automatically add events they're attending from the platform.
WHY IT'S UNDER REVIEW:
- • Which calendar providers are most useful to young people across the NT?
- • Should events sync automatically or only when a user chooses?
- • Are there privacy concerns with connecting personal calendar accounts?
- • How do we make this accessible for users without a Google or Outlook account?

1. CONSULTATION: The Regional Specialist Youth Committee reviews the feature and gathers feedback from young people across the NT.
2. DECISION: Based on feedback, the feature is either approved, modified, or removed.
3. IMPLEMENTATION: Approved features are added to the platform for everyone to use!
